    1- I think dance style wise there were a lot more comparisons with the solos than aspects that contested them. Both dancers used their different levels and spacing very well. I feel that they were also very good at expressing their emotions. I would say I got more of an ominous and darker vibe from the first solo however neither of them seemed to have a rather happy story.
    2-I think they ensemble was very impressive. The dancers seemed very in synch while also having different parts. It was cool how some dancers used their level of up while some were down at the same time. Their moves were very big and there was a lot of emotional connections between the dancers as well.
    3- I feel my knowledge of utilizing my space and different levels of standing I can relate to. In my ensemble we sometimes have us doing different things and going in different directions as part of the choreography .

1 Honoring the History of Modern Dance Patrick Haskell          I had a lot of fun building my solo and ensemble piece throughout the semester. While it may look like just a dance, the pieces are made up of inspiration from Laban, Mary Wigman, Isadora Duncan, and Ruth St. Denis and their methods and techniques. I am excited to have an individual solo to carry with me for the rest of my life. It is something that embodies who I am and I would be proud to perform for anyone. As I stated in my synopsis, I want the piece to be a representation of who I am in the present moment.                I hope to reflect upon it in the future when my dreams hopefully come to fruition and acknowledge the growth I have made since then.
